There is a need for up-to-date information on all the role permissions information.  It is hit and miss as an administrator to give the correct permissions to users.  The document Access Rights under General Information is 4 years old and does not include all permissions.  Also, it does not fully explain what each permission effects. 

Suggest that a new document is posted/created for administrators.
